Wife received a notification of credit card activity and this number to call.  When called, it asked permission to send a text message to my cell phone.  the message is below.From 23Reply Y now to get info on the # you are trying to reach.  Locator Svc $9.99/month+other chgs may apply for 20 lookups/month. Support/Terms? w.smsvw.com.I believe this to be a scam related to 800-741-5900.

Professional con artist trying to scam people said he is a healcare worker looked up his license non existing

got a sms with this no. attempting to convince us this is a old war friend by the nickname I use for him.
