got acall with this no. & do not recognise who rang

I received a call from this number. When I answered, a man said he was returning my call. I told him he had the wrong number. I thought nothing of it, until I searched the number and learned that there were over 100 other queries for the same number. Not sure if he's a victim or perpetrator of something dubious.

Text massage saying I won ipad2 to claim. Don't respond! Bogus!!!
