FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

I received a call from this number.It rang once and hung up. I just wan't to know who is it from.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past 4 hours on my cell phone and other numbers just like it with the last two numbers being different each time. It is a fax machine. I am sick of the calls and can't seem to find out who it is, other than it is in Illinois. I am in GA.

A person from private number keeps caling me and since I do not answer they use this number but when I try calling them back the message I get is' this number has been disconected message...'

Called saying they were our doctor office calling at 3 am!

This number keeps calling my cell phone. My cell phone number is only known by family and friends so I don't know how it was acquired by whomever is calling. They have called 9 times in 2 days. I answered once and they asked for a 'Sandra', which is not me. When I replied in Spanish they hung up on me. :D They have since called back again and will continue to do so I assume.
