Keeps calling, never leaves a message

How can we get them to stop calling. Tried option they give you (press 2) we will have to remove your number, they do not. they call both of our cell numbers!

These numbers call 580-798-2779 or 918-236-7920 calls almost daily. When I answer the person or machine will hang-up. If I don’t answer no message is left.    I have tried to call the numbers back but it goes directly to a voicemail box. I AM on the do not call list.

Some kind of scam saying that they have not received payment on credit card, but they do not identify themselves as associated with any company.
