An unwanted call from this Los Angeles VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.

Predators like this are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

we keep on receiving rings with this. We are to the point we do not even reply & these people do not pass on a msg. we have reqeusted to not get calls. . however these people just keep on coming. thank you OBAMA!

Got the same postcard, called. From what I understood, it is a "free" water sampling, disguised under a housewarming gift of restaurant discounts. I assume that after the water sampling, they will try to sell you a filtering system.
