Spoofed local area number early morning scammer call. Same scammer using different numbers in regular repeat call pattern.

had a sms msg with this no. on 03/26/12 looking us 'What r u plans?' No clue who this is.

This number has called me three days in a row asking who I am voting for.    When I told him its not his business and to stop calling, he replied he would stop calling when I answered his question
