Very likely a scam.

This is an illegal scam. They claim irs is investigating you at federal level. Mike Allen special agent. When you call back and ask questions they hang up. Sounds like phone calls are going to international call center. I already contacted the appropriate authorities.

This person calls me every so often to ask if my auto shop is open? Very annoying.
