My sone got a call from Adam Bankes on Thursday March 1 2012. Said he was from Moens & Kane. My son has never once gotten anything in writing that he had a bad debt of any kind from this so called company. He told him that he owed money for a loan he took out and did not pay back.My son has paid all his loans back and is not in default on ANY loan today. I called this joker and he was way past rude,.He asked if I was the fatgher or the power of attorney. Said my son closed out a checking account illegally. Even if my son did close an account, how is that illegal? Called me a jack off and then I went off on him. He said he was recording all my conversation and that proved that my sone was guilty. He hung up on me. I called back and he said I better not call again that he was sending the authorities out for me. These people need to be arrested and thrown in jail for what they say and do to people.
