Calls come in from this number, and the caller hangs up. when I try to call back, the number does not work. whats the deal?

Scammer attempting to get me to message on whatsapp for a job. Apparently has "a hundered percent positive result a betting," whatever that means.

Rude - She wanted a Real Estate company (we are mortgage), She told me that she was a black woman with an business administration degree and she did NOT want to talk with me - but wanted to talk to an office manger.    When i told her i was the office manger, HR, Marketing and PR, she hung up on me.
