keep on receiving rings with this no. & no msg was ended up leaving

The caller said through message that it is a military and need to send money to my country and for that needs that I send money to a bank account in order to release the package

Got a call from this number. 202 241 9114 his name is John Anderson. There was another person who called me and said to call John Anderson. This other person is named Steve Foster. Steve foster asked me to call John and said that he ask you to call. They wanted $9550.75. I got an hour and 30 minutes to make a payment with Tax Pay Voucher which I can get from Walmart, Safeway and KFC and whatnot. IRS does not give you a time limit of an hour, a day or a week. IRS will work with you, not like these guys. Scam

I am being harassed by daily, sometimes more than once a day, by this telephone no. The no. shows up on my Calling-ID. I havent picked up this.
