This number phoned my cell several times at very strange hours.  Left no message. I finally answered and a man with slurred speech asked if I had an hour to spare. I told him I did not. He said he had tried several times to reach me. I asked who he thought I was. He avoided the question and said it was my house he was trying to reach. I told him I did not have time to talk and said that he should not call anymore. He remained silent. I asked who he was calling for and he hung up.

Potentially spoofed number. Reported as Unsafe and Spam Risk. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Block number.

scammer, tried to call them back to more information on them and you get the recording "this number is not in service"

I don't know who these people are that keep calling me! They never leave a message!!
