Then latest version also has more recording following the initial Chinese sentence, with an English speaker recorded in an electronic non-human sounding voice who says, "Welcome to DHL dear valued customer. You have package unclaimed. Please check with your number. If you have not yet received your package, please press 3." Then more from female Chinese speaking voice again, probably saying the same words I just quoted because I heard DHL in roughly the same spot amongst what is otherwise gibberish to me. Fairly certain this is a scammer.
