Level 3 communications. SPAM! these folks have called me from almost every town in the United States. That being the case they should have heard of the no call list.

This number called me, but I didn't answer. No information available. When I tried to call back I got a strange signal and it just disconnected.

Automated voice starts talking.

They tried to ask if I can hear the recorded voice (most of us know that trick). The recorded voice said her name was Kristy. She called twice earlier, but with the number 321-203-0647. I blocked that number, so she called with 321-221-5589.

Constantly calls and hangs up.
