Caller states I am a finalist in a sweepstakes for a car.  I don't remember entering a contest for a car.

Sounded like Computer scammer to me. I hung up..

Discounted telecommunications services illegally hacks into your account and phone bills you monthly payment on the 'unlimited 411 calls, even if you never ordered! this charge is simply shown on my monthly bill with Verizon. Yes, they billed me for a year on my Verizon bill at $ 9. Were you able to get the charges removed?.

This kid wont stop texting me

This no. was definately a con. Probabily related with Nigeria. however in LA. we got a e-mail saying that she is a diplomat that just landed in LA. she didnot mention where she came from. she stated she is arrested cos we didnot send them $195. 00 landing fee's. ( we guess this cost money to land??) she stated she got our $5 Million ready to be delivered to us in one hour. however of course wanted us to send the $195. 00 to do so. seems good. however one thing. . we live in Canada! cannot beleive that ppl fall for this type of crap.

They called me at work yesterday, refused the call and blocked the number.
