Millions Call

The number 516-453-5612 registered to Peerless Network of New York (according to the internet) keeps calling my prepaid cellphone that I use for work. I live in Texas and am a long way from New York. Just recently I bought my cellphone and suddenly their number started showing up. I have no business whatsoever with these people or anyone in New York, but they keep calling. Such calls are wasting the money of anyone that has a pay per minute cellphone as I do.

called my CELL phone in middle of day (around 3). At first was silent, i said hello 3 times before finally someone was there. He wanted to verify my address so he could send me a Health card that has added benefits for $5.99 a month (i think). i asked if this was tied to the insurance i have through my work and he said no. i said isnt it illegal for you to call my cell phone to try to sell me something? he said no because he is just trying to send me something not sell it to me. so i told him to take me off their call list. How do they get your cell phone number and address? that is kinda scarry!
