i have recived a couple of rings with this no., these people never ever pass on a msg. soon as we return a ring to this #, nobody ever answers?

This number calls me it freezes after I answered. I called back and voice-recorded message comes and says that this is an attempt to collect the debt .

I received this call through my Text Now app the person, which was a woman said she was calling me back, because she had gotten a call from myself, Bullshit I said then hung up. Straight scammer don't provide any information to strangers. who claimed you contacted them.

Automated call trying to offer me a lower interest rate on a credit card. I'm on a do not call list, which clearly doesn't deter these people. There should be stiffer penalties for these companies who either don't check or don't care.
