Lottery scam. They say you have won money, give you names and numbers to write down so that you can collect prize. They instruct you to go buy a gift card and then call them back with the gift card #.

please let me know the owner of the above number. He me while in I am in kenya and when i called back i cant go through.

What is that for a company ?

Someone called claiming to be from UPS and asked us to call this number. It turned out to be someone, on a very bad phone line, trying to convince us we had won 2.1 million dollars and a new car. We didn't wait to find out what was expected of us and hung up.
