Millions Call

I get a call every night from this number and there is no answer.    I tried to call back and it says the number is not in service.    If its not in service, how do they call me every night at dinner time?

He called and left a message they he was writing an interview for Real Estate Brokers, their number traces back to San Francisco. 415-869-5370, just another strange call I guess.
