this caller is calling and making derogitory remarks on my daughters phone as well as some of her friends.sometimes calls to breathe hard and then just hang up.

I answered 323898275 but there was only silence after I said hello. Minutes earlier I received same call from similar number 3238983037. I would advise not answering either number.
