The old man is total scam. He pretend to be accountant and send messages out through craiglist job section. First he give you 212 phone number with address in Midtown and ask to email him resume. But real trick will come over later when he arrange interview in "his office" in Queens, which real junkyard. He is trying to find tenants in weird way for junky houses. Everything is fake about him, the name, the address, the age and there is no job. Be aware of it.
