Person continues to call, all hours,   asking for my daughter. When I ask who she is, she claims to work for my daughters company.  sounds like bill collector.

This is my landline number that a recorded caller saying they are from Microsoft. I hung up. How do they get my number? Called twice today

Have gotten four or five calls from this number in recent weeks. I haven't ever answered directly, but they never leave voicemail and so aftwe the most recent call today, I called the number back. Automated response said the call was from SQM Group, a call center industry research organization that conducts customer satisfaction surveys to improve performance for their client companies. www.sqmgroup.com/
