Millions Call

I have signed up for the do not call list for my cell phone, 317-549-5005, why am I getting these junk text messages that I have to pay for? Can I sue these people for bothering me when I'm on a do not call list?  They want to to sell me a car on bad credit.

Called twice today, no message. I did not answer

This number belongs to level 3 communications a marketing call center. They called me for enrollment in a 'marketing seminar' presented by "Insiders Edge." Requested removal from their call list Caller and my subseqent call back was met with unwillingness of party to identify who they are or why they called. Only wanted me to confirm who I was without disclosing who they are.

He send my son a picture We do not know him. I think it was intended to iintimidate him.

They call every other day pretending to be from my area code about a car warranty. When called back it is not a valid number.
