I keep getting a call from 866 278 0772 TTY711 with a recorded message saying I've contacted them about joining their plan and they want to tell me about it, but the message never says who they are or what I contacted them about. Obviously a scam perpetrated by a robot dialer.

I have been receiving calls from this number, and I do not know it so I do not pick up.  They leave no message.  Calling multiple times, only thing on id shows Tampa, FL.  I can not find any info from reverse searches.  Any idea who this could be?

Private Number called left msg saying this is town sherrif, gave this #866-388-7507 to call back.
