This number called me, prerecorded message stating my social security number was used in fraudulent charges and an arrest warrant was issued for my arrest.

I've got this phone number by messaging, and the caller ID is unavailable. They never mention what they want or who to find, always using machine voice playback for messaging recording. I don't understand about this type of phone call. Does any one knows about this and how to block it?
