keeps on phoning however no msg was ended up leaving

I received four phone calls from this number. 2 were at 2:30am and 2 others were between 9 and 10am. The guy indentified himself, saying he usually doesn't use his real name but its Bernard and then hung up. This morning when I called back, after the 2 additional calls from him he said he is dialing the wrong number because he isn't used to his new phone. This guy is a "quack" and said that he is removing me from his call list for his painting business. He refused to name his company when I asked and just said he uses Behr paint. Obviously, he couldn't keep his story straight.

this phone number keeps calling and wont say anything... they call at all times of the day and its getting annoying,
