It's from 'Get My Online Degree.com'. Some where along the line you may have hit something on a search engine and put your phone number that you were interested in. If you call the number, follow the prompts and you will have your phone number placed on their 'Do Not Call' list.

ROBO. Probably spoofing this number. only get tail end of message. Press 1 to be removed from list or call some number to be removed. followed by a message number. I never answer these.
Getting same message from 8 different number over the last 2 weeks.
