I got a call form this number and the caller said he was from the Washington DC Police. Whats the DC police doing with a 804 area code??

He called and said someone told him I was interested in a career change. When I called and asked who referred me, he couldn't come up with a name. Obviously, he just found my number somewhere. He is selling an MLM 'financial services education' membership.

I have this call on my cell bill and don't know who the number belongs to.
