Called and started a BS routine about cutting interest rates on a credit card.  No information given to them.  Hung up and they continue to call.  4 times in the last 15 minutes.

Caller identified himself as Miguel Newman .. Publishers Clearing House, He asked my 82 yeatr old mother to WESTERN UNION $2,0.00 CASH to a Costa Rica address. Telling my mom she just won 4.5 million dollars. The van would come tomorrow. My mom fell for it .. yup van never showed .. the scamer had the gaul to call the next day and ask for another $2,100.00ALL CALLERS GETTING THIS SCAM ARTIST     BEWARE !The number he used was 1-877-367-6576
