Another scam. They offer you a $100 Walmart gift card in exchange for giving them your credit card number 'for shipping and handling.'

I received a call from a guy. I could not understand him very well. I was not able to understand his name. He said I was a winner in the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes. He said he wanted to make sure my prize could be delivered tomorrow. He asked if I would go to Western Union and give them some insurance information and probably money ( i couldn't understand him). When I said "no", he hung up.
