Spam texts and call from two girls

rang a few times making some bs claims

Call, recording saying my credit card has been stolen

I Have received several calls from this number but cannot identify who the collar is

Called it back n says 2 enter 4 digit ext press 0 for list but no list available

It appears that this number is a caller from Pinnacle Security. They call multiple times per day and have such a long wait between pick-up and an operator saying 'hello' that it seems like a blank call.

Claimed to be from the criminal bureau of investigation trying to obtain information about a friend. I believe he is with a collection agency who is not adhering to the fair debt collection act.

today I received back to back calls from this # again as stated by SA May16 .threatening calls about my daughter taking out a on-line loan, an not paying a dime back so I have to be responsible an pay this for her or give them her S.S.# How can they get your names & number like that?? I told them I was filing a police report an they said ok ok sorry to bother with you..They called my daughters cell 30 ~40 times yesterday.
