I received a out 10 calls today from 703-436-9168. I tried to block the calls but they keep on calling.

We had been away and when we got home we saw the number that called.. they left two messages of nothing but beeping. not like an on hold beep.. just random annoying beeps..

This was a collection company based in Phoenix that somehow uses local telephone no.s to get you to reply the phone.  Don't be fooled.
