Press one reinstate and be connected to a security agent. I hung up. They have called me 3x in the past few weeks. I don't have a card with them. Is this a scam?

This person shows up as caller ID when I call my mom. But this is ME, and my mother should see my name, however, she see this number, and Orange, NJ They are using my VOIP phone (internet phone) number probably, to scam people...I dont know what they get out of it...
