This guy with an east indian accent calls from a sask. no. 306-959-5986. This no. is not in service and he isn't from sask. They can call from anywhere in the world.They are able to mask their real no. and make it look like it's a local call. It will be a scam. The telephone carriers could stop this practice if they wanted to, but they all make money from these people at our expense. The only way it can change is if enough people raise hell with their politicians and have laws made to stop this annoying practice.
