An unwanted call from this La Crescenta VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.

This predator has been outed as a home energy scammer, sadly just one of thousands. AVOID THIS SHYSTER!

They are located at Mangum and 290 in Houston, Texas. Not sure what the exact address is. There are two brick office buildings on the southwest corner off of the feeders. They are in the 301 bldg. Suite 500. It is the bldg marked as Fred Loya Insurance. Fox News channel 26 did an expose on them. You can go knock on their door, but they probably will not answer. At least they did not answer for me. Say away! Don't buy anything from them. Call your bank and charge back and return what you received...if you ever receive anything. any calls or texts did you get and what did they say?
