caller-recorded-says that 'nothing was incorrect with our credit card' however we should act now to lower our interest rates, & this was our final sell ( we have got 12 rings just like this in the last numerous months). we pressed nine just like these people suggested & a guy came on the line(mid east accent)and stated this is the credit interest rate department we stated dept. of exactly what company? & she had flustered & mad & stated ' visa or mastercard. which do you have?' we informed them to piss off & put the phone down
