The caller said he was in Las Vegas and was holding a $250,000 US government grant check made out to me. To receive it I needed to give him $200 dollars for a stamp to allow a UPS truck to bring it across state lines to deliver it. It couldn't be mailed by certified mail. He gave me a truck license number, driver's name, and the name of an employee from Bank of America who would accompany the money. I told him I was not interested and to not call again. He has called 9 or 10 times sometimes as late as 11:30 at night. I would like to end his intrusions and protect others from this scam.
