Fake cell phone number used to harass people on WhatsApp

informed us our debit card is deactivated & requested when we needed to reactivate this. requested for card no. we put the phone down & rang our bank our card was not deactivated

got this ring 5:50 pm July 23, 2011. No clue who ring is with as we didnt talk soon as we answered the telephone

spoke to a 'John Miller' from a 3rsd associate from Bell CVanada. dont think this is his real name. had to ask for his employee nunber several times he came up with 10762- asked to speak with his mgr. he didnt know his mgr name. and when i probed again. and he put me on mute. or so he thought and then i was mysteriously discconected. I should work for the CRTC. I want to call back my friend John butdont want the bell bill

They are Armed Forces Recruiters.

It was a robo caller saying I had signed up for something and wanted to talk to me on a recorded line.
