Millions Call

I received this weird phone call from a men named Mel. He refused to tell me what was the purpose of this call. He just wanted me to say yes after he confirmed my cell phone number. I hung up my cell phone and of course I didn't say yes. It looks like a scam call.

Calls claiming to be from the National Dealer Services about my warranty on my car. I am in bankruptcy and don't have a car.

called twice - first at 12:09a.m. and again at 1:37A.M. VERY inconsiderate and annoying to get calls this late at night.
