I got 2 calls from this number at 17:54 and 17:55 on 5/21/12 But I didn't answer

A Robert Campbell called from another number (952-831-4800, which I find no info on), said he was a debtcollector and asked 'if my situation had changed and to call him back about 'my options.' He requested a call back to another number - 866-528-0384. Furthermore, he was calling my father's number, which I have no idea how he got. Calling family members should be against the law, if it's not already. (I am struggling with debt, but this is going too far.)

Called and hung up on answering machine ..know no one from Indianapolis so most likely a scam during the "shutdown " ..
