I have received a call from this number for the second time. She says that she is an executive director from an automotive company and then says "can you hear me okay" ... I say, "i hear you" and the line drops!

Harrassing calls from this number. on call back It rings once and then hangs up. I call back and its busy. Keep calling back and finally it rings. It rings several times, picks up and then hangs up.
