FCC Complaint: Live Voice

Left an automated voice message in "broken" English that it was the Social Security Administration. When call was returned, it was clearly a foreign call center.

this girl is hella fine. but a compulsive prank caller.

text message, "to complete refund", and url for a scam website

COLLED DURING THE evening DIDN'LEAVE msg.

This number belongs to level 3 communications a marketing call center. They called me for enrollment in a 'marketing seminar' presented by "Insiders Edge." Requested removal from their call list Caller and my subseqent call back was met with unwillingness of party to identify who they are or why they called. Only wanted me to confirm who I was without disclosing who they are.
