Although caller ID shows "West" the company representative purports to be "Eagle Systems" offering free groceries in exchange for answering a trivia question. This is really a come-on for vacuum sales.

When I get a call from 4099788287 it doesn't ring and I have to restart my phone for it to work. I had blocked the number but it still shows up.

Calls but does not leave a message; not professional shows up as name unavailable so I will not answer; keeps calling

This number called my cell and hung up, i guess after i answered. I called it back and the recording said this number has been disconnected.

This lady keeps threatning me and my family. Our church helped her and got mad at correction.

It appears to be a representative from Walden or Weldon University!
