Just another robo call

A lady answers and said she is calling about my car warranty. I dont kbow who this is i never called them

This person claims to be Mike and lists rental properties in LA. He states he works as a Music Engineer and frequently works in the San Francisco area. When you call about rental listing, he claims he will work with you with very little down and flexible terms. He then states he is aware and unable to meet or allow you to visit rental until his return. He states the rental is such a great deal that the first person who places a deposit "sight unseen" gets the rental. When we told him that we had a local producer in LA to view property, he always makes excuses why he can not meet. SCAM ARTIST. STAY AWAY!
