This number impersonated ATT and does not leave a message on the answering machine. I ended up blocking their number and reporting to the ATT company.

Received a call from Ken Morgan from ''Payment Canada solutions'' saying that I was entitled to a 30% discount from Moneris. It required that I fax over a copy of my statement. He gave me a phone number which didn't appear to belong to a company, and their website doesn't provide any address or phone number. He called back and I asked for an address and phone number before I would fax any document. He couldn't supply one. It looks like some type of scam and a waste of my time.
