This number keeps calling my cell phone, leaving a message that is unintelligable. I wish them stop immediately

received text at 11:40 on Sunday July 21, 2012 saying "Your entry in our drawing WON you a FREE $1,000 Bestbuy Giftcard! Enter "714" at www.bestbuy{dot}com{dot}tbtv{dot}biz to claim it and we can ship it to you immediately!" sure hope this is the first and only of these texts.not confident after reading some of these reports about similar messages from other numbers :(
