we got the identical experience as the other poster. we happen to be receiving numerous rings a day with this no. soon as we pick up, these people put the phone down on us. this comes up on identity as Comprehensive M. soon as we attempt to ring the no., this tells us the ring cannot be completed

i keep getting harassing calls from this number and no one ever says anything. once, a person pretended to be a doctor calling on behalf of a patient and asking for their spouse. neither does the doctor by the name given works at the hospital but couldn't even address the patient or the caller correctly so hung up once they knew they had messed up. seems to be stalker type creeper calls.
