seemed just like a obscene ring. could not grasp exactly what she is saying, & we eventually put the phone down. she rang back again, identical thing & we informed them to stop making obscene rings & she stated she was not (at least with exactly what we could grasp of exactly what she is saying).

Fake! Pretending to be from Social Security. Called twice, then I blocked the number.
