Millions Call

they wouldnt say who they were ... does anyone ever say? how do they expect to get a response?

I have been getting calls with Caller ID showing 'Michigan' and 'Illinois' in the display for the past year or so - I don't answer if I see the call display first. I live in Canada, so I don't think this is political. I detest this type of harassment and I have tried a couple of times to find out how I can be removed from the list. Multiple complaints have been filed on 2020-02-14 with the FCC in relation to unrequested calls from 3373800000

Shows up on my caller ID as "outbound call", but is actually inbound to me. It was call from Plumbline Services who I had hired to come and replace a broken fluorescent light fixture.
