The number is for Orange County Utilities. It's a reminder call when your bill is due.

This guy named Joe from Financial Crimes department states I owe money for a United Gas Loan. He has a very thick accent and the number show up in your caller ID as Unknown or Withheld then he leaves a message leaving this number. Beware

Caller, has called several times, everytime the amount gets lower, first call it was over a million, then eight hundred thousand, now it is fifty thousand.The guy has the same tone, however, changes his name with every call. I called my local police.

Robot first asks for Dave. I said wrong number, then it launches into “well maybe you can help...”. Don’t have time to investigate this “charity’s” rating, but if they’re this underhanded doubt they do ANYTHING for law enforcement.
