Millions Call

Complete scam! This is the message left on my voicemail:

"Hi this is Officer Martha Cooper calling you from the Department of Social Security Administration the reason you have received this phone call from our department is to inform you that there are legal enforcement actions filed on your social security number for criminal activities so when you get this message kindly revert as soon as possible on our number that is 940-283-0196 I repeat 940-283-0196 before we begin with the legal proceedings thank you and have a nice day."

I attempted to call the number back just for shiggles, it rings about 6-7 times and then picks up. You hear a bunch of mechanical noise in background and then it hangs up without anyone ever speaking to you.

we keep on on receiving rings with this no. & soon as we answer no one answers. i am in montteal & do not recognise anybody with New York.
